Holiday Policy

Boarding 

  • Boops Co. is open for boarding on all major holidays. Holiday pricing is $10 more per night, per dog.

  • There is a 2-night minimum during the holidays. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all holiday reservations. Deposits are non-transferrable.

  • Should a holiday reservation need to be cancelled, notice must be given 14 days prior to the start of the business day in which the reservation was made for. If such notice is given, the customer's account will be credited any amount paid prior to the reservation, less the 50% deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, no credit will be issues. If a customer no-shows or cancels within 72 hours from the start of the reservation, the customer's account will be charged the full amount for services booked.

  • Should a holiday boarding reservation need a modification (such as length of stay), notice must be given 14 days prior to the start of the business day in which the reservation was made for. If such notice is not given, the amount for services originally booked must be paid in full at time of pick-up.

  • Major Holidays:

    • New Years Day​

    • Easter

    • Memorial Day

    • Labor Day

    • Fourth of July

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas Eve

    • Christmas Day

  • Although we are open for boarding on the above holidays, late drop-offs/pick-ups are not permitted on these days (8am-10am ONLY). No drop-offs/pick-ups will be permitted on Christmas Day.

  • A Holiday reservation is considered any reservation which has at least one night that falls within our holiday dates.

Daycare

  • Boops Co. is closed for Daycare on the following holidays:

    • New Years Day​

    • Easter

    • Memorial Day

    • Labor Day

    • Fourth of July

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas Eve

    • Christmas Day
